No- Residents can get a library card right now online. Non-residents must pay an annual $120 fee to get a library card. Non-residents can sign up online too!

Meeting and Community Room Fees

Reserving a study room with your library card is free! However, Arlington Public Library's larger meeting rooms and branch community rooms require a fee. View the Library Charges and Fee Schedule to learn more about the fees.
