Quilt Basics: Placemats In-Person
Welcome to Quilt Basics! This beginner-friendly class is a great introduction to the world of quilting, where you will get a brief introduction to basic quilting skills like cutting and piecing.
This class highlights the fun piece-as-you-go method, where you will build festive Thanksgiving themed placemats layer by layer, adding fabrics as you stitch to create a cozy, seasonal design perfect for your holiday table.
Whether you are brand new to quilting or just looking to refresh your skills, this class will give you a strong foundation to build on.
This class is appropriate for ages 13+.
Thank you to the Friends and Foundation of the Arlington Public Library for their generous support of our programming.
