Tai Chi In-Person
Experience the calming benefits of Tai Chi at the library! A certified Tai Chi instructor will guide attendees through gentle, flowing movements that enhance balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. This program is designed for all skill levels, offering a peaceful space to improve overall health and well-being. No prior experience is necessary—just come ready to move and relax! Stick around after the lesson to enjoy our monthly teatime featuring refreshing glasses of chai.
