Sound Bath Meditation In-Person

Ease your mind and body with the soul-nourishing sounds of gongs, chimes, ocean waves, and nature at this relaxing sound bath.

Bring a comfortable mat or towel, wear comfortable clothing, and relax while the sounds carry you away to a place of rest. Chairs also available for those who would like to sit instead of lay down. No special experience needed.

No entry allowed ten minutes after the program start time to maintain a peaceful environment.
