Authors in Arlington: Elizabeth Shreeve In-Person

The Arlington Public Library is proud to present Authors in Arlington, a new program focused on connecting the community with popular and influential authors. We are happy to host Eliabeth Shreeve. She is the author of both fiction and nonfiction children's books that celebrate life on Earth, including The Oddball Book of Armadillos and The Upside-Down Book of Sloths. Her books combine a love for science and language arts, and focus on exploring many facets of the world.

Please join us for this special event to learn more about her life and becoming an author, her writing, and her books. Afterwards we will have a moderated Q&A session as well a book signing for those who would like to have their books signed. This event is perfect for children 5 and up. This event will take place in the Workman Junior High Auditorium, located at 701 E Arbrook Blvd, Arlington, TX 76014.

This program is free and open to the public, no registration required, however space is limited. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (817) 459-6900 or by email at LIBYouthServices@arlingtontx.gov.

This program is made possible by a grant from The Institute of Museum and Library Services and The Texas State Libray and Archives Commission. Thank you to the Friends and Foundation for the Arlington Public Library for their generous support of our programming.
