Career Training Information session for Adult Education In-Person

The Arlington Public Library Adult Education in conjunction with Workforce Solutions of Tarrant countyt would like to invite you to our Career Training information session.  Our program offers various career trainings available to residents of Tarrant County.

These classes are for high level students that may or may not have their high school diploma yet.  Students will develop workplace and college readiness skills and receive hands on career training in their chosen field while earning an in-demand credential. Remote learning options are available!

Adult Education & Literacy offers career training services free of charge to students. We have several providers across Tarrant County that provide career training in high demand occupations such as Certified Nurse Aide, Phlebotomy,, Commercial Drivers License (CDL), Certified Translator/Interpreter and more.

We also offer a class specifically for people in the community who may have a degree from outside the United States and would like to get back into their career field.  This class includes English for Professionals (if English is not your first language) and help with adapting to the job searching and application processes for various careers.
