Tween Book Tasting In-Person

Looking for your next read? Interested in checking out different genres? Want to share a favorite title with other bookworms? Then head on down to the Southeast Branch Library for a book tasting! There will be stations set up with all kinds of books: chapter books, graphic novels, nonfiction, and more! Flip through a couple of pages to see if it piques your interest, write down what interests you, then check out the next station for more interesting titles. At the end of the program, everyone will share what titles they are looking forward to starting and share recommendations with one another.

This program is intended solely for children aged 9-12, therefore books will be chosen for this age group in mind.

Please try to arrive on time as the program is not structured to be come and go.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (817) 459-6900 or by email at LIBYouthServices@arlingtontx.gov.

Thank you to the Friends and Foundation of the Arlington Public Library for their generous support of our programming.
